The Airex Econoshake shaker dust collector distinguishes itself not only by the superior efficiency found in its cyclonic effect but also requires no need for compressed air for its cleaning system. Due to its original design of rugged construction it is highly durable.
In addition to allowing an effective cyclonic pre-separation, the Econoshake is a very enviable solution from an economic point of view; these cyclonic effect shaker dust collector were designed within the same frame of mind as the Econopulses in order to save on costs. These are essentially the same but, instead of using a pulse system in order to clean the filter elements, a shaking mechanism has been implemented.
Its concept and characteristics meet the highest standard. The Econoshake cyclonic effect shaker dust collector ranks among the top available for the wood processing industry.
How the Econoshake Cyclonic Effect Shaker Dust Collector Work:
- The dust first travels toward the inside of the pre-separation via suction or positive pressure.
- The cyclonic effect drops the larger dust particles into the cone andanti-vortex for disposal.
- The remaining fine particles flow toward the media filter and are captured on the interior surface of the filter bags.
- Air is filtered and recirculated once the bags are cleaned by the shaking system, used during precise laps of time.
Shaking Cleaning System
The Econoshake cyclonic effect shaker dust collector has a shaking mechanism which agitates the structure of the filter in order to dislodge the dust stocked inside of the bags. This operation is carried out on a regular basis, prevents the obstruction of the filter and ensures the effective operation of the system.
