Very much alike their electric brethrens, the gaz industrial oven differ from their siblings by the simple fact that they are instead gaz powered. These heated chambers are usually used for a variety of industrial applications such as curing, baking or drying components, parts and/or even final products.
How the FG Series Gaz Industrial Oven Work
- When the operator closes the access hatches and switches the gaz industrial oven on, a 3 minutes purge down cycle which allows the renewal of the air inside the gaz industrial oven in order to eliminate any unburned gas is started.
- The recirculated air within the gaz industrial oven is then heated by a gas burner
- The heated air is then circulated throughout the gaz industrial oven by a fan in order to distribute the temperature as evenly as possible.
- Once the gaz industrial oven reaches its setpoint, the burner switches to its minimum output in order to maintain a stable temperature.
- If necessary a cool off process is initiated by venting the hot air via an exhaust pipe.
Selection Criteria for a FG Series Gaz Industrial Oven:
- Operational temperature
- Initial heat up cycle time
- Type of materials to be heated
- Mass and dimensions of the materials to be heated
- Peak/maximum temperature to be attained during the operation
- Projected time to reach the peak temperature
- Final cool down cycle time
- Available voltage
