The Econopulse - cyclonic effect baghouse dust collector stands out because of the superior efficiency of its cyclonic effect and its simple construction design. A downsized version of the Cyclopulse, the Econopulse not only provides effective cyclonic pre-separation, it is also a viable solution from an economic standpoint.
The system enables a cyclonic pre-separation effect that limits the number of particles requiring to be filtered by its bag filtering system.
The Econopulse - cyclonic effect baghouse dust collector ranks among the top available collectors in the mid-range wood processing industry. Its key concepts and characteristics allow it to meet even the highest standards.
- Unique bare bone and self-supported silo design
- Top access eliminates dirty side entry to change and service the bags
- Maximum filtration can be obtained through selection of certain items that include bag types, can velocity, cyclonic effect baghouse dust collector shape and arrangement
- Steel internal cage supports are used to keep the bag form
- Snap-bands hold the bags in place
- No tools are required to remove the bags
- Standard cages and bags are easily available on the market
- Can operate at high temperatures up to 800˚F (special bags required)
- Large and heavy loading capacity
- Easily pulse cleans sticky and stringy materials
- Resists chemical products
- Resists humidity
- Stable pressure differential
- Energy recovery
- Maximum efficiency
- Adjustable pulse jet cycle
- NFPA Construction
How the Econopulse Cyclonic Effect Baghouse Dust Collector works
- The dust first travels inside the pre-separator via suction or positive pressure
- The cyclonic effect drops the larger dust particles into the cone and anti-vortex for disposal
- The remaining fine particles flow toward the media filtering module and are trapped on the exterior surface of the filter bags
- Once the jet system has cleaned the bags, compressed air is filtered and recirculated to maintain constant static pressure
Compressed Air Cleaning System
The dust particles accumulate on the exterior surface of the bags. Compressed air is injected into the bags at regular intervals by a venturi tube that induces a shock wave, resulting in particles falling to the bottom of the hopper. Our self-cleaning system is built to reduce the consumption of compressed air by relying on an optimal concept of nozzles and venturies.
