How the Cyclopulse - Cyclonic Effect Baghouse Dust Collector for Heavy Dust Load Works
- The dust travels toward the inside of the pre-separator.
- The cyclonic effect drops the larger dust particles into the cone and anti-vortex for disposal.
- The residual fine particles flow toward the media filtering module and are captured on the exterior surface of the bags.
- Air is filtered and re-circulated as the bags are cleaned periodically by the Airex Pulse Jet system, thus maintaining constant differential pressure.
Compressed Air Cleaning System
The dust particles accumulate on the exterior surface of the bags. Compressed air is injected at regular intervals through the blow pipes to the venturi tube. A shock wave is then sent along the bags and particles fall to the bottom of the hopper.
Our self-cleaning system is built according to an optimal concept of nozzles and venturis that reduces compressed air consumption.
