The Airex Econopulse dust collector distinguishes
itself not only by the superior efficiency found in its cyclonic
effect but also by its durabiltiy and rugged construction due to its
original design.
In addition to allowing an effective cyclonic pre-separation, the
Econopulse is a very enviable solution from an
economic point of view.
Its concept and characteristics meet the highest standard. The
Econopulse dust collector ranks among the top
available collectors for the wood processing industry.
Theory of Operation
-
The dust first travels toward the inside of the pre-separation
via suction or positive pressure.
-
The cyclonic effect drops the larger dust particles into the
cone and anti-vortex for disposal.
-
The remaining fine particles flow toward the media filtering
module and are captured on the exterior surface of the filter
bags.
-
Air is filtered and recirculated (compressed air) once the bags
are cleaned by the jet system maintaining a constant
differential pressure.
Advantages
The dust particles accumulate on the exterior surface of the bags
and at regular intervals a volume of compressed air is injected
through the bags interior by a venturi tube that will induce a shock
wave and provoke particles to fall toward the bottom of the hopper.
Our self-cleaning system is built to reduce the consumption of
compressed air by an optimum concept of nozzles and venturies.
