Introducing the Carbon FX Unit for Industrial Production of Biochar on World Markets

Airex Industries diversifies its activities by appearing in the production of bio energy, thanks to its recent technological innovation : Carbon FX. This appliance ranks Airex Energy at creation, setting up, sale and green energy distribution.

This under patent process allows industrial biomass production by thermo transformation into biochar. Carbon FX is an integrated system of pyrolysis (carbonization) of aqueous, residual or hidden forest biomasses.

Designed by Airex Energy. It makes it possible to produce, under the effect of a torrefaction by pyrolysis, a biocarbon, commonly named Biochar.

The Unit of Torrefaction per Pyrolysis of Biomass Carbon FX is Operational

The result of the efforts invested by Airex Industries and Airex Energy for the design and execution of a torrefaction prototype by pyrolysis of biomass was rewarded, some time already, by the final version of the unit which was a success in terms of effectiveness of operation and with the uniformity of the biochar that the prototype is able to produce. The heating capacity of the torrefied biomass was analyzed and evaluated to 23 GJ/T. Out of any doubt, this new form of emergent energy appears as being more promising.

Who are the Consumers of Carbon FX?

The torrefaction by pyrolysis of biomass manufactured by Airex Industries, Carbon FX, is oriented mainly industrial sectors such as; manufacturing of quicklime, of steel industry, of metallurgy, fossile fuel foundries or other users to substitute themselves or convert towards the use of the biochar. Even schools and hospitals, provided with oil boilers intend to become ecologically responsible by converting their existing installations towards the use of the biochar. We would not be surprised to see in the future the biochar serving homes in domestic heating.
